Getting started

i weigh around 210 pounds im 5'3 and just turned 24. i went to a family gathering and realized im ashamed of my body. i was embarrassed to take pictures and the one i did take i cropped them to him my tummy. i have had two kids in a year and a half, both of witch were c-sections. i have a major tummy and back fat the i really wish would just go away. im hoping that starting this blog will help me with motivation to get healthy and fit. i will do my best to post daily of what i have done for my daily workout routine. and how i feel about it. i would like to get down too 150 thats my goal weight, i hope this will be helpful to mothers who feel like its pointless, and trust its not going to be easy im a stay at home mom of two that are under two so we shall see how this goes.
