Not what I expected
Ok so I tried to do a 10 min workout and some of it was fine and others were just to hard some of the workouts were a min long and I could only do like 20 seconds lol it was very difficult for me so tonight I will be trying to do things differently

The detox that I want to try
2 liters of water, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves. Steep overnight in the fridge it's great to clean u water weight as well as give u great looking skin.

Workout Plan
So far i have found a few workouts i am excited to try and i have gotten my husband on board to help me with my motivation as well as a workout partner. plus i will be starting a detox drink to help me clean my system. i have a daily work out that im going to try as well as a twice a week workout om my abs love handels and butt.
